  • 1 pound MouCo Cheese Cheese curds
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 quart vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  3. Dip the cheese curds in the egg mixture, then coat them in the flour mixture.
