- Crackers, bread, or baguette slices, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the MouCo Camembert cheese on a baking sheet.
- In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the brandy, salt, and pepper to the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute more.
