MouCo’s PepBert is a soft-ripened cheese made with whole cow’s milk. It is a variation of MouCo Camembert, but with the addition of whole green peppercorns. The peppercorns add a subtle, yet noticeable, citrus-peppery flavor to the cheese. The cheese has a creamy, buttery texture and a slightly tangy flavor. It is perfect for snacking, on sandwiches, or melted on burgers.
