a few years ago the date code was entered incorrectly into the database and it resulted in printing the wrong year on 2000 cheeses...that was a bunch of re-labeling fun...

that database was updated to be a bit more intelligent and highlight certain areas if it believed there to be an error...

well since then, we havn't needed the database fix because we have never again forgotten...

but each year I think, whew, we didn't forget that again...

...it's all about continual improvement here I guess...
