Camembert Stuffed with Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Cooked small shrimp
- 2 1/2 c Oil
- 2 1/4 tb White sesame seeds
- 3 tb Bread crumbs
- 1 Egg; beaten
Directions
Cut cheese into 4 wedges
make slit in center of each wedge and insert several small shrimp.
Close up and pinch to reshape.
Dip cheese into egg and coat lightly with bread crumbs, then dip into egg again and coat with sesame seeds. Place on tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in deep skillet. Fry Camambert until golden brown.
Drain and Serve
